Susan M Ryder: I am a trained qualified Careers adviser and Coach, with over 20 years working as an educator.  I have been developing a way to combine helping people find either full time employment to assisting people in setting up their own businesses.  The new direction showed me that one of the main components of becoming successful is having a sense of personal worth and positivity.  My aim is to help people become all that they are determined to become, with the help of Coaching (one to one support and Groupwork), videos, blog posts and articles, Social networking forums (Facebook, Twitter), Training and One to One support.
